Form for a mortgagee to formally release land from a mortgage after the debt is fully repaid, under Section 121 of the Registration of Titles Act.
This form is used to request a discharge of a mortgage under Section 123 of the Registration of Titles Act when the mortgagee or their representative is unavailable (e.g., deceased, absent, cannot be found). The applicant must show proof of full payment (to the Accountant General) and provide supporting documents, then execute the declaration before an authorized witness.

Form used by a mortgagee to release only part of the land from a mortgage while the rest remains secured, under Section 121 of the Registration of Titles Act.
This form is used by a mortgagee to apply for a Foreclosure Order when a mortgagor has been in default for at least six months and sale attempts failed to cover the debt.
